# Provider für Windows XP Installation

Der ProviderXP ermöglicht es, Systeme ab Windows XP/2003 Server an ACRON 8 anzubinden.

Um ProviderXP verwenden zu können, sind folgende Schritte erforderlich:

* Den Inhalt des Ordners ProviderXP der ACRON CD in einen beliebigen Ordner des Windows XP/2003 Server-Rechners kopieren.
* Ausführen der Datei `vc_redist.x86.exe` zur Installation der Runtime.
* Anpassen der Parameter für die Kommandozeile in der Datei `StartProvider.bat`:

  start `acprovxp.exe` \[Identifikation der Anlage] \[Identifikation des Providers (Providernummer)] \[Serveradresse] \[Port]

Über die Identifikationen der Anlage und des Providers (Providernummer) wird festgelegt, für welche Anlage und welche Provider-Konfiguration dieser Anlage ProviderXP verwendet werden soll.

Serveradresse und Port beziehen sich auf den Rechner, auf dem der ACRON Datenbank-Server läuft.

Gestartet wird ProviderXP entweder durch Ausführen der angepassten .bat-Datei oder durch Ausführen der Kommandozeile in der Eingabeaufforderung.
