# License overview

Overview of the current license utilization

## Local license information

General information about the license, such as status, license type, license number, version, as well as an overview of all available and currently used [License Consumers](https://github.com/Dataforum-Software/gitbook/blob/master/acron/9.3/en/admin/glossar/license_consumer.md), etc.

## Permanently assigned License Consumer

Tabular overview of the workstations to which a License Consumer has been permanently assigned (not available for network plants).

## Plants

Tabular overview of the License Consumer and process variables used by all plants.

## Plant

Information on each individual plant, e.g. the license consumer and process variables currently used.

List of modules with the information on which workstations they are active.

Note

The license overview will only be shown completely if the database server of the desired plant has been started in the Plants area and in ACRON Designer in the object property area '[Acquire license from database server](https://github.com/Dataforum-Software/gitbook/blob/master/acron/9.3/en/admin/ac_designer/anlage/register-lizenz.md#lizenzeinstellungen)' has been selected (not possible for multi-user licenses).
