# User data

Configuration of the user's access data

The users can be moved by [drag & drop](/acron-9.3/en/erklaerung_zur_bedienung.md#drag-drop). If a user is moved to a different group, the rights of that group are adopted.

Note

The precondition for compliance with the access rights is the "[User administration active](/acron-9.3/en/anlagenkonfiguration/benutzerverwaltung/benutzergruppen-benutzer.md#bv-aktiv)" status with at least one user assigned the right to [open the Designer](/acron-9.3/en/anlagenkonfiguration/benutzerverwaltung/benutzergruppe/zugriffsrechte_designer/vordefinierte_zugriffsrechte-designer.md) and [configure user administration](/acron-9.3/en/anlagenkonfiguration/benutzerverwaltung/benutzergruppe/zugriffsrechte_designer.md#benutzerverwaltung).

### Default user / Default system user <a href="#standardbenutzer" id="standardbenutzer"></a>

The default user is automatically logged in when an ACRON module is started, provided it has access authorization for the program concerned and no password is configured for the user.

### Password <a href="#passwort" id="passwort"></a>

User's password

Note

If the password is not confirmed correctly, neither the password nor the confirmation can be saved.

Note

Passwords and changes to them are logged in encrypted form in modification reports.

Note

When Windows user administration is enabled, no password input is required, provided the ACRON user is known to Windows and/or the Active Directory.

### First name/surname <a href="#vor-nachname" id="vor-nachname"></a>

User's first name/surname

Note

The first name and/or surname form the [name](/acron-9.3/en/anlagenkonfiguration/benutzerverwaltung/benutzer.md#name) of the user, which appears in the footer of the modules when user administration is active.

### E-mail address

ACRON allows reports to be transmitted by e-mail for example. The e-mail address entered here must be accessible via the SMTP [host](/acron-9.3/en/anlagenverwaltung/register-adressen.md#host) configured in plant management. If you do not enter an e-mail address here, the [default e-mail address](/acron-9.3/en/anlagenverwaltung/register-adressen.md#absender) - likewise configured in plant management - will be used.

### Color in calendar <a href="#kalenderfarbe" id="kalenderfarbe"></a>

Option to assign the user a color. In the 'Notification plans' of 'Remote notification', the user's calendar entries are displayed in this color.

### Language file used <a href="#sprachdatei" id="sprachdatei"></a>

Display of the language file used

Note

If no [language file](/acron-9.3/en/anlagenkonfiguration/anlagensprache/sprachdatei.md) has been created, the original plant configuration texts created in the Designer are displayed in the ACRON modules.

With [user administration active](/acron-9.3/en/anlagenkonfiguration/benutzerverwaltung/benutzergruppen-benutzer.md#bv-aktiv), the default language file is treated like any other language file.
