# User group

Configuration of access data; assigned right apply to all users in this group.

The users can be moved by [drag & drop](/acron-9.3/en/erklaerung_zur_bedienung.md#drag-drop). If a user is moved to a different group, the rights of that group are adopted.

Note

If no administrator privileges have been assigned, the group must not be granted [access](/acron-9.3/en/anlagenkonfiguration/benutzerverwaltung/benutzergruppe/zugriffsrechte_designer.md#benutzerverwaltung) to configure user administration.

Note

The precondition for compliance with the access rights is the "[User administration active](/acron-9.3/en/anlagenkonfiguration/benutzerverwaltung/benutzergruppen-benutzer.md#bv-aktiv)" status with at least one user assigned the right to [open the Designer](/acron-9.3/en/anlagenkonfiguration/benutzerverwaltung/benutzergruppe/zugriffsrechte_designer/vordefinierte_zugriffsrechte-designer.md) and [configure user administration](/acron-9.3/en/anlagenkonfiguration/benutzerverwaltung/benutzergruppe/zugriffsrechte_designer.md#benutzerverwaltung).

Name of the user group

Note

The System group button is only present when the '[Use Windows login](/acron-9.3/en/anlagenkonfiguration/benutzerverwaltung/benutzergruppen-benutzer.md#windowslogin)' option is activated.
