# Alert access privileges
## Output alert window
Right to output alert windows in preview mode in the report preview or in a PDF reader and to print in each case. Right to output as archive file or e-mail.
## Modify settings
Right to change global settings via the 'Options' menu, such as the refresh rate in online mode, time stamp format, duration of display and background color of pending alerts, the background color for displaying alert priorities, and the font color of alert types.
