# Predefined Alert access privileges

Profiles with predefined access privileges can be assigned for the ACRON Alert module in the workspace or specific to user in the 'Object properties' of the configuration.

* #### Full access

  All rights in the module - Selection only in the workspace
* #### Read access

  No input options - Selection only in the workspace
* #### Create/edit user windows

  Only the rights necessary to create and edit user-specific alert windows
* #### User-defined access

  All rights combinations differing from the predefined profiles - Selection only in the object properties of the configuration

Explicit access privileges or exclusion for process variables, reports, events, input masks, alerts in the modules or alert groups in Designer ([Configuration](/acron-9.3/en/anlagenkonfiguration/benutzerverwaltung/benutzergruppe/zugriffsrechte_designer.md#alarme) and [Alert](/acron-9.3/en/anlagenkonfiguration/benutzerverwaltung/benutzergruppe/zugriffsrechte_alert.md#alarmgruppen)) can be set in the General area of user administration under "[Access granted for](/acron-9.3/en/anlagenkonfiguration/benutzerverwaltung/benutzergruppe/zugriffsrechte_allgemein/dialog_zugriff-allgemein.md)".
