# Reporter access privileges

Right to overwrite values in the 'Operating data' area
## Value changes require comment
Requires input of an obligatory comment when overwriting auto, calculation and manual values in the data dialogs of the ACRON Reporter.
## Limit modification time frame
Overwrite values - retrospectively from current date - limit by time
## Time span in days
Number of days for which retrospective overwriting of values is possible.
## *Generate reports*
Right to output reports in preview mode in the report preview or in a PDF reader and to print in each case. Right to output as archive file or e-mail.

## Archive path
Input/display/selection of the path in which the reports are archived.

## *Record values for manual variables*

Without rights, manual variables are displayed, but are blocked for input.

Overwrite manually recorded values - retrospectively from current date - limit by time.

Number of days for which overwriting of manually recorded values is possible.

Note
Values can only be entered for manual variables. For auto variables, the '[Overwrite values](#werte-ueberschreiben)' right is required in order to 'Overwrite original values' in the 'Manual entries' area.

Note
These rights only apply to process variable-related and general daily, weekly, monthly and annual comments.
## Approvals
Rights to issue and cancel approvals for values and/or overwrite approved values.
Note
To be able to access this option, [Approval management](/acron-9.3/en/anlagenverwaltung/objekt-eigenschaften-anlage.md#freigabeverwaltung) for auto and/or manual variables must be enabled in Plant Management.

Note
To be able to access this option, [Manual overwriting of approved values](/acron-9.3/en/anlagenverwaltung/objekt-eigenschaften-anlage.md#freigabeverwaltung) must be enabled in Plant Management ( 'cancels the approval' or 'does not affect approval’ option).

Keep the import file after importing.
Otherwise ACRON automatically deletes the import file as soon as the data import has completed without error.
Note
The automatic delete facility allows you to check that the data import completed successfully and also means the capacity of the storage medium is not decimated.
