# Context menu

The context menu contains the following options for **all reports** (except Service and Graph):

* Cut

  Cut an object
* Copy

  Copy an object
* Paste

  Paste a cut or copied object
* Delete

  Delete the selection

  Note

  Referenced objects cannot be deleted.

  Exception: Usage in input masks, reports and diagrams does not block deletion.
* Group

  Create a new report group; Create a copy of the selected report group as a subgroup
* Report folder

  Create a report folder
* Form...

  Create a new form

  Edit the template layout in the Form Designer

The context menu contains the following options for **reports and forms for Service**:

* Instructions for cyclic actions

  Create a new instruction for cyclic actions
* Materials for cyclic actions

  Create a new material list for cyclic actions
* Instructions for extraordinary actions

  Create a new instruction for extraordinary action
* History

  Create a new history
* Status report

  Create a new status report
* Layout...

  Edit the template layout in the Form Designer

The context menu contains the following options for **reports and forms for Graph**:

* Cut

  Cut an object
* Copy

  Copy an object
* Paste

  Paste a cut or copied object
* Delete

  Delete the selection of own diagram forms

  Note

  Referenced objects cannot be deleted.

  Exception: Usage in input masks, reports and diagrams does not block deletion.
* Form for diagram

  Create a new diagram form
* Create form for value table

  Create a new value table form
* Layout...

  Edit the template layout in the Form Designer

If the lettering in the context menu is in bold, you can also perform the action by double-clicking on the object.
