# Process variable

Process variable to be listed in the input mask.

The process variables can be moved within the [input masks](/acron-9.3/en/anlagenkonfiguration/eingabemasken/eingabemaske.md) by [drag & drop](/acron-9.3/en/erklaerung_zur_bedienung.md#drag-drop) depending on their [input format](/acron-9.3/en/anlagenkonfiguration/eingabemasken/eingabemaske.md#erfassungsformat).

Note

With “Entry format - Process variable as row", the identification or name of the process variable is displayed in the first cell on the row ("Process variable" column) depending on the Reporter setting.
