* Replace unit

  A user-defined unit can be replaced by a unit from the ACRON units system.

When updating, all units used in the plant that are not found in the ACRON units system are created as user-defined units under 'Miscellaneous units'.

These units can be moved to the appropriate category as appropriate, and assigned a factor/offset (relative to the base unit).
