# Notification plan

Any scheduled dates can be entered in the notification plan calendar. At least one recipient must be selected in order to schedule a date.

The scheduled dates are indicated in the calendar overview in the colors of the selected users\*. The colors are assigned in [User administration](/acron-9.3/en/anlagenkonfiguration/benutzerverwaltung/benutzer/benutzerdaten.md#kalenderfarbe).

For the scheduled date

* a description,
* a summary and
* a location

can be entered.

The dates can be created for the whole day or over a free time period.

\*Note

Only users for whom an e-mail address is stored can be assigned to the scheduled dates in the notification plans ([User data](/acron-9.3/en/anlagenkonfiguration/benutzerverwaltung/benutzer/benutzerdaten.md)).
