# Funktion Argumente

Unter Argumenten versteht man Werte, die eine Funktion benutzt, um daraus den [Rückgabewert](/acron-9.3/intro/funktionen/rueckgabewert.md) zu erzeugen.

Die Argumente schließen sich unmittelbar an den Funktionsnamen an und sind in Klammern eingeschlossen. Eine Funktion kann keines, ein oder mehrere (bis zu 10) Argumente haben. Ein Argument kann eine [Variable](/acron-9.3/intro/variablen.md), eine [Konstante](/acron-9.3/intro/konstanten.md) oder der Rückgabewert einer anderen Funktion oder einer [Operation](/acron-9.3/intro/operator.md) sein.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Klammern "()" zum Funktionsnamen dazugehören. Sie müssen die Klammern also auch dann angeben, wenn eine Funktion keine Argumente besitzt.

Die meisten Funktionen innerhalb des Formeleditors erwarten für die Argumente bestimmte [Datentypen](/acron-9.3/intro/datentypen.md). Es ist notwendig, dass die Datentypen der Argumente den von der Funktion erwarteten Wertetypen entsprechen, andernfalls gibt der Formeleditor eine Fehlermeldung aus.
