# Ereignis-Puffer

Der Ereignis-Puffer dient als Speicher für die Zwischenlagerung von Ereignisdaten. Beim aktivieren dieser Eigenschaft werden die Ereignisse direkt aus dem Puffer abgefragt. Dadurch ist man von der entspr. Datenquelle abgekoppelt und hat somit einen schnelleren Zugriff auf die Daten.

Nach dem Aktivieren kann der Online-Puffer über die Felder *Aktualisierungsintervall* und *Zeitspanne* konfiguriert werden. Beide sind standardmäßig auf eine Minute eingestellt. Zum Beispiel bei der folgenden Konfiguration werden Ereignisdaten aus den letzten acht Wochen abgefragt, welche in einem Intervall von 2 Stunden aktualisiert werden:
