# GxP Edition

Die JUNE5 GxP Edition setzt Vertrautheit in die FDA 21 CFR 11 und GAMP-5 voraus.

GAMP-5 ist ein anerkannter Standard als Leitfaden für die Validierung.

Die 21 CFR 11 ist eine Vorschrift der FDA (amerikanischen Food and Drug Administration). Die FDA legt Anforderungen an eine sichere Speicherung und Erfassung von elektronischen Datensätzen, von elektronischen Signaturen, der papierlosen Aufzeichnung und des Berichtswesens für die Herstellung von Produkten fest.

Diese 21 CFR 11 Vorschrift wird i.A. in folgenden Industrien eingesetzt:

* Biotechnologie
* Pharmazeutische Industrie
* Lebensmittel Industrie

In den JUNE5 GxP Dokumenten wird das Wiederauffinden aller Datensätze und die Sicherung detailliert beschrieben.
