# FAQ

## Wo sind Logdateien hinterlegt?

Die Logdateien werden auf dem Gerät abgelegt unter:

### iOS

App Verzeichnis (Siehe iOS / Files / On my Phone / FlexIn / Log)

### Android

interner Speicher / Android / data / de.videc.flexIn / files / logs

Sie können von der App aus (Tab "Info") geteilt werden. Was passiert mit Daten die nicht übertragen wurden? FlexIn behält die zwischengespeicherten Daten vor, bis diese erfolgreich an den JUNE5-Server übertragen wurden. Schlägt ein Übertragungsversuch fehl, kann dieser einfach wiederholt werden.

## ACRON

Wieso können keine Werte an den Server übertragen werden, obwohl der Zugriff auf die Datenpunkte auf dem Server funktioniert (Datenpunkte werden angezeigt)?

In ACRON wurden nicht Benutzer und Gruppe "API" angelegt. Befolgen Sie bitte die Anleitung dazu ([Konfiguration unter ACRON 8.x](/june5-3.6/weitere-june5-produkte/june5-flexin/konfiguration/konfiguration-unter-acron.md)).
