# Views

This is the central starting point when it comes to analyzing objects. Through the *Views* view, quick access is provided to *all* objects released in the object model. Depending on the object type, the following options are available:

* Chart creation
* Manual value entry (also tabular manual value entry)
* Report display
* Dashboard
* URL object
* Tabular display of events
* Map monitor
* WebReport
* Custom objects (e.g. value display or value table, URL object, traffic light...)

The *Views* window is called up from the menu on the right side of the screen using the *Views* command.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.videc.de/june5-3.7/en/webanwendung/sichten.md?ask=<question>
```

The question should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
