Log files are stored on the device at: ### iOS App directory (see iOS / Files / On my Phone / FlexIn / Log) ### Android Internal storage / Android / data / de.videc.flexIn / files / logs They can be shared from the app (Tab "Info"). What happens to data that was not transmitted? FlexIn retains cached data until it is successfully transmitted to the JUNE5 server. If a transmission attempt fails, it can simply be repeated. ## ACRON Why can't values be transmitted to the server even though access to the data points on the server works (data points are displayed)? User and group "API" have not been created in ACRON.
