# Was ist JUNE5 Add-In for Excel?

Durch die Microsoft Office Integration von JUNE5, über JUNE5 Add-In for Excel in der Version 3.7, können Berichte, Bilanzen und Auswertungen problemlos und frei generiert werden. Im vertrauten und täglichen Umgang mit Microsoft Excel kann man sehr komfortabel auf sämtliche Werte im JUNE5 zugreifen. Die weitere Verarbeitung der Daten erfolgt wie gewohnt in Microsoft Excel. Die Menüführung gewährleistet ein einfaches Bedienen und erlaubt dem Bediener seine gewohnten Freiheiten.

Das JUNE5 Add-In for Excel unterstützt folgende Betriebsmodi:

* Standard Add-In for Excel, zur Erstellung von Tabellen mit JUNE5 Messgrößen zur Datenabfrage.
* DABay Erweiterung Add-In for Excel, zum Im- und Export von XML-Dateien zur Unterstützung von DABay:
  * Messstellen
  * und Entlastungsanlagen.

Nach dem Öffnen einer neuen Excel Arbeitsmappe, besteht die Möglichkeit die Arbeitsmappe für einen der zwei Betriebsmodi zu initialisieren. Durch das Betätigen der Schaltfläche „Initialisieren“, wird die Arbeitsmappe für den Standard Betriebsmodus initialisiert und es können anschließend Tabellen mit JUNE5 Messgrößen eingefügt werden.

Durch das Betätigen der Schaltfläche „XML Import“, wird eine neue Arbeitsmappe für den DABay Betriebsmodus initialisiert und es kann eine DABay XML-Datei eingelesen, Messgrößen konfiguriert, Daten aus JUNE5 eingelesen („Update Schaltfläche“) und eine DABay XML-Datei exportiert werden („XML Export“ Schaltfläche).
